For all (mobile) applications referred to in this Privacy Policy, THE AUCTIONEERS is the data controller. THE AUCTIONEERS undertakes to take full responsibility for the protection and security of your personal data.

The images of the products shown on this page are property of THE AUCTIONEERS, however its distribution is authorized for promotional or sales purposes, users may copy or download the images of the products and distribute them without any penalty. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, THE AUCTIONEERS shall not be liable, in any event, for direct, special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages in any way arising out of or related to:

Each shipping method has its own restrictions and costs, which will be applied to your order.
When you register, you will be asked to enter your billing and shipping address. Before finalizing your order, the total shipping costs will be calculated automatically.
STANDARD DELIVERY: 10 TO 12 BUSINESS DAYS*.
Your order should arrive within ten working days (major cities), counting from the date of order.

During the discount period orders may take slightly longer to process.
For orders placed the day before a holiday, delivery time will be extended by 1 or 2 extra business days.
THE AUCTIONEERS will deliver to the address provided by you within the Mexican territory. THE AUCTIONEERS can only deliver to a delivery address that is a home or office address. Deliveries will be made on business days, except holidays. All deliveries will be accompanied by an invoice.
If you request THE AUCTIONEERS to deliver the order in multiple shipments, THE AUCTIONEERS may charge you extra delivery costs. Each individual shipment will constitute a separate contract. If THE AUCTIONEERS is late in delivering a shipment or one of the shipments is not correct, this will not entitle you to cancel any other shipment.
Delivery periods are indicative and are therefore not considered to be strict deadlines. The mere fact of having exceeded a delivery period shall not give you any right to compensation. For this purpose, a notice of default must be sent to THE AUCTIONEERS.
If THE AUCTIONEERS discovers before concluding the contract that it cannot supply the ordered products, it may offer you an equivalent product in terms of quality, price and function. You are not obliged to accept the replacement product. If you so wish, you may return it within 30 days and THE AUCTIONEERS will bear the costs (obviously, your right of cancellation or return will remain).
If THE AUCTIONEERS discovers after concluding the contract that it is unable to supply the ordered products and is not responsible for this situation, it is entitled to terminate the contract. Naturally, THE AUCTIONEERS will immediately inform you thereof and reimburse any payments you have made.
Please refer to our Website www.the-auctioneers.net for information on the payment methods available. THE AUCTIONEERS will carry out an individual credit check for each purchase in accordance with THE AUCTIONEERS privacy policy. Depending on the results of this control, THE AUCTIONEERS reserves the right to refuse certain payment methods.

Right of return: According to the provisions of these Terms of Delivery, you may return the products received once you have contacted our customer service department and such request is authorized. For a return to be valid, it must be made within 10 days of receipt of the product. The products must also be returned, unused and complete, including their original packaging whenever reasonably possible. Once your return has been authorized, we will contact you. It is important that when you make the return you consider all the products of the same order that you want to return. In the event of a valid return in accordance with these Terms of Delivery, THE AUCTIONEERS will refund the purchase price you have paid for the returned product, within ten days of receipt of the product or cancellation of the contract. However, please note that the process may take up to 59 days since in case of payment by credit card the financial institution (VISA or MasterCard) may take longer to apply the refund to your account. If a product is returned and THE AUCTIONEERS believes that it has been damaged by an act or omission attributable to you, or otherwise at your risk, THE AUCTIONEERS may deduct from the amount to be returned to you the diminished value of the product as a result of such damage. You may avoid the obligation to compensate for the diminished value of a product caused by the use of such product if you do not use the product as if it were your property and if you refrain, as far as reasonably possible, from any action that may adversely affect its value.
Our satisfaction guarantee is unconditional. If you believe that THE AUCTIONEERS products purchased on our website do not meet your needs (subject to normal wear and tear), return your order and you will receive your exchange immediately.
