You can return your purchase to THE AUCTIONEERS made in our online store, within 10 days from the date of receipt of the package and we will refund the full price. If the return is made outside this period or the item has been used, damaged or not sent in its original packaging, THE AUCTIONEERS will not be able to accept the return and will not be able to refund the payment. Returns will only be accepted if the original labeling has not been removed.

It is important that when making the return you consider all the products of the same order that you want to return. In case you request a second return of the same order THE AUCTIONEERS reserves the right to accept or reject the second request.

EXCHANGE POLICY

www.the-auctioneers.net does not accept product exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, you must return your purchase for a refund and place a new order. It is only possible to receive a refund for a return if it is made according to our return policy. The refund of the purchase will be by deposit of the amount to your bank account.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

For THE AUCTIONEERS, quality is paramount. We thoroughly test all of our products in real life conditions to ensure that they are fully capable of withstanding the uses for which they are designed. It is extremely rare for our products to be damaged or defective.

THE AUCTIONEERS quality control department will inspect returned products; if the damage is the result of a manufacturing defect or if the product does not meet factory specifications, the cost of the product will be refunded. We undertake to reimburse the full cost of defective products.

If the problem is due to reasons contrary to the quality of the material or the assembly process, we will return the original product to you. We do not refund products:

• If they have been damaged by misuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame source, high heat, sharp objects, etc.).
• If they have been damaged by misuse or activities other than their intended purpose.

The useful life of any THE AUCTIONEERS product depends on the particular use of the product, the conditions of use and the wear patterns characteristic of the user. THE AUCTIONEERS products damaged by normal wear and tear or which have exceeded the reasonable life of the product will not be replaced.

PRODUCT RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

To return a product, follow these instructions:

• Contact our customer service team to begin processing your return. They will let you know if your request is authorized according to our return policy. 
• If your request is authorized, we will schedule a pickup of the product to the address you provide. Make sure you pack the items in their original packaging and that all clothing or footwear items have the original tags.
• Before calling our customer service line, please make sure you have the following information handy:

• Order number.
• Date of order.
• Pick-up address.
• Telephone number.

CANCELLATION OF YOUR ORDER

Since we always try to process orders as quickly as possible, you can only cancel an order by calling our customer service shortly after placing it.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify THE AUCTIONEERS, its affiliates, suppliers, vendors and consultants against any action, suit or claim (including attorneys' fees and court costs) arising out of any breach by you of this agreement; including, without limitation, any arising out of:

1. (a) any aspect of your use of the the-auctioneers.net website; and
2. b) The information contained or made available on or through said site or from libel, defamation or any other conduct in violation of this agreement by the user in the use of the aforementioned web page.
3. c) Violation of applicable laws or international treaties relating to copyright or intellectual property rights contained or available on or through such website.

TERMINATION

THE AUCTIONEERS reserves the right, at its sole discretion, and without notice to you, to:

1. (a) Definitively terminate this agreement.
2. b) Discontinue or stop publishing the website the-auctioneers.net website; and without any liability for THE AUCTIONEERS, its affiliates or suppliers.

 

SUBSISTENCE

These TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE, as well as any additional terms, constitute the entire agreement between the parties, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings. Any clause or provision of this agreement, as well as of the additional terms, legally declared invalid, shall be eliminated or modified at THE AUCTIONEERS' option, with the purpose of correcting its defect or flaw. However, all other clauses or provisions shall remain in full force, effect and validity.

NON-WAIVER OF RIGHTS

Inaction by THE AUCTIONEERS, its affiliates or suppliers to exercise any right or remedy under this agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of such rights or remedies at any time.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This agreement shall be subject to and construed in accordance with the laws and before the courts of Mexico.
